How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders usually take up to 5 days to process before they are shipped, not including weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number once the order has been shipped.  

Where will my order be shipped from?

We have fulfillment centres across the globe in Asia, Canada, US and Australia.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow for up 12-20 business days. This range is based on location within the U.S. Estimated shipping time for international purchases are as follows:
UK: 18-40 days
Canada: 16-30 days
Australia: 13-21 days
Rest of the World: 16-40 days

On average, orders take approximately 3 weeks to be delivered.  Although we try our best to get it to you without issue, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers experience.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific ship date and appreciate your patience and flexibility!

If your order has not arrived within 60 days, you will receive a 100% refund. 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Although we are unable to allow returns/exchanges due to the nature of our product, we encourage you to email us directly if you are unhappy with your order for any reason.  We promise to do our best to resolve the issue! 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

This situation is very rare, but we understand it may happen.  Our goal is to sort out any issues with the product immediately.  If you experience any fault or defects with the product,  please email us directly within 7 days of receiving your purchase  so that we are able to resolve the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.
