Shipping & Returns
The SkinSculptor Gold bar can be returned within 10 days of receiving it for store credit. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return. As long as the product is returned in unused condition, and received within the aforementioned 10 days, we will process a refund to the customer. Returns that do not meet these qualifications will be rejected, and we will not be able to issue refund credit. Our Supercharged Serum is non-refundable and non-returnable due to the nature of the product.
What if my SkinSculptor is defective?
This situation is very rare, but we understand that it may happen. Our goal is to sort out any issues with the product immediately. If you experience any fault or defects with the product, please email us directly at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your product(s) so that we are able to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may involve a replacement of the product or credit, depending on the situation.
Note: We will not be held liable for any lost or missing parcels. To prevent losses, please ensure that all information that you have provided is correct before submitting your order.
Cancellations may be made within 12 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 12 hours providing the reason you wish to cancel your order.
We are unable to accept cancellation of orders after the 12-hour window because the order will have already been processed and/or shipped. You will have to wait for the order to arrive and then return the product to us for a store credit.
